Digital flex artwork is printed onto a compatible transfer film, cut around its outline and applied to the garment using controlled heat and pressure.
How digital flex printing works
The special film is printed in full colour and contour cut. Unwanted areas are removed before heat application. Unlike plotter-cut solid flex, it supports gradients, photographs and multicolour logos.

Can the print be felt?
Yes. A thin film layer sits on top of the fabric. Its feel depends on the film, design size and garment.
Does it work on every textile?
No. Coatings, fibre blend, stretch and heat sensitivity must be compatible with the transfer.
Can extremely fine details be cut?
Only within practical limits. Very fine outlines and isolated elements can affect production and durability.
How should the garment be cared for?
Follow the supplied care instructions, wash inside out and avoid direct heat on the artwork.
