Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating-system information, HTTP status and transferred data volume. We use this data to provide the website securely, prevent misuse and diagnose faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Logs are regularly deleted when no longer required. Data connected with a specific security incident may be retained until the incident and related legal claims have been resolved.
Necessary cookies and privacy choices
Necessary cookies support sessions, forms, CSRF protection and storage of your privacy choice. Access to your device is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
| Cookie | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
evodruck-session | Session, forms and security | normally two hours after the last activity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protection against forged form requests | normally two hours |
evodruck-consent | Stores your privacy selection | 180 days or until deleted |
Contact, project requests and applications
When you contact us, we process the information you provide. Contact forms collect your name, email address, optional telephone number and subject, message, source page, IP address and technical browser information. Processing for quotations, orders and pre-contractual enquiries is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general communication and abuse prevention are based on Article 6(1)(f). Legal retention duties are based on Article 6(1)(c).
Application data is processed under section 26 BDSG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no relationship is established, it is normally deleted no later than six months after the process ends unless consent or legal defence requires longer retention.
Double opt-in subscription
We process your email address, optional name, language, source page, IP address, time and subscription status. A seven-day confirmation link is sent before the subscription becomes active. Sending is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; logging and abuse prevention are based on Article 6(1)(f).
Unconfirmed records are regularly removed after the confirmation period. Confirmed data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@evodruck.de.
Consent-dependent services
The services listed below are loaded only after you allow “Analytics & marketing”. The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings.
Google Analytics / Google Tag
Google Analytics, provided in the EEA by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, helps us measure website usage and campaign performance. Data may include IP address, online and cookie identifiers, device and browser data, referrer, pages, interactions, approximate location and timestamps.
Google may process data through Google LLC in the United States. Transfers may rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and supplementary standard contractual clauses. See Google’s privacy policy. Analytics cookies such as _ga may remain for up to two years depending on configuration.
External services, processors and international transfers
Links to Google Maps and reviews, social networks, WhatsApp and specialist shops do not establish a connection merely by being displayed. When you click one, the external provider processes data under its own responsibility. Fonts are served locally, so displaying text does not contact Google Fonts or Font Awesome.
Necessary recipients may include hosting, IT, maintenance and email providers acting as processors, as well as authorities and advisers where legally required. Transfers outside the EEA take place only under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Data subject rights and complaints
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future. Contact info@evodruck.de to exercise these rights.
We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures and HTTPS encryption. We do not carry out solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This policy is updated when functions, services or legal requirements change.
