Frequently asked questions about digital printing
Can every copy contain different information?
Yes. Names, numbers, QR codes and other variable information can be merged from a suitably prepared data source.
Is digital printing only suitable for tiny quantities?
No. It also works well for medium runs. The quantity at which offset becomes more economical depends on the product and specification.
Is digital print waterproof?
That depends on the substrate, ink and use. Lamination or another suitable protective layer may be recommended for moisture, abrasion or outdoor exposure.
Which artwork format is required?
A print-ready PDF with the correct final size, bleed and embedded fonts is ideal. Our graphic design studio can also check or prepare the artwork.
